Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited by law.

1. Who Can Enter: Limited to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington DC, age 18 or older as of March 1, 2008. Minors under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian in order to enter the contest. Only one registrant per household is accepted. Employees of E-Commerce Experts, LLC or RedWagons.com or aDashofLove.com or its subsidiaries and members of their households or immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: Individuals receive one entry into the Win $1000 Worth of Pampered Chef Products Sweepstakes by completing the information on our email sign up from at RedWagons.com. Only one registration per email address is accepted.
For those individuals not interested in signing up for our email list, they may enter the sweepstakes by sending a postcard with their full name, postal address (including: street, apartment/suite number, city, state and zip code), phone number, and email address to: Win $1000 Worth of Pampered Chef Products Sweepstakes c/o RedWagons.com PO Box 198 Granger, IN 46530. Only one registration per household is accepted. The mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 1, 2008.
3. Sweepstakes Dates: The March Win $1,000 Worth of Pampered Chef Products Sweepstakes will begin on March 31, 2008. The prize drawing will be held based on number of sweepstakes entries through July 30, 2008 (online entries through July 1st plus Eligible Mail-In Entries). Subsequent RedWagons.com sweepstakes may be conducted in the year 2009 and beyond. There is no carry-over of sweepstakes entries from one sweepstakes period to the next. RedWagons.com may conclude the sweepstakes program at any time.
4. Prizes: The total retail value of all sweepstakes prizes is $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars).
5. Prize Drawings: Winners will be selected at random by RedWagons.com based on entries obtained via online registrations from March 31, 2008 through July 1, 2008 and Eligible Mail-In Entries. The prize drawing for the sweepstakes will be held on or around July 30, 2008.
6. Odds of Winning: Each entrant's odds of winning depend on the entrant’s number of entries via log-ins & registrations from March 31, 2008 – July 1, 2008 and Eligible Mail-In Entries relative to the total number of entries received via online registrations from March 31, 2008 – July 1, 2008 and Eligible Mail-In Entries.
7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours of the prize drawing (on or about July 30, 2008). Winners will be required to respond to the e-mail to acknowledge receipt of the prize. If no response is obtained within 7 calendar days of notification, attempts will be made to reach the winner by phone or mail. If no response is obtained from the winner by August 5, 2008 the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random. RedWagons.com’s decisions about winners are final. Prize is not transferable.
8. Limits of Liability: E-Commerce Experts, LLC and/or RedWagons.com has no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. E-Commerce Experts, LLC and/or RedWagons.com assumes no liability for lost or misdirected registration forms or survey submissions whether due to technical or computer malfunctions or otherwise. E-Commerce Experts, LLC and/or RedWagons.com assumes no liability for technical or computer malfunctions of any kind. E-Commerce Experts, LLC and/or RedWagons.com reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes at any time if the RedWagons.com website is infected by a virus, the website is hacked or the integrity of the sweepstakes is compromised in any way.
9. Change to Rules: These Official Contest Rules are subject to change each month that the sweepstakes is conducted. Participants should review the Official Contest Rules each month.
10. Winner Responsibilities: Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred. Winners must submit an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with the Official Contest Rules.
11. Winner Publicity: RedWagons.com may wish to publish the first name, first letter of last name, and location (city/state) of winners, and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide on the RedWagons.com website. However, RedWagons.com stands by their commitments of confidentiality related to panelist identity and will request written permission from each panelist prior to publicizing any names on the website.
12. Official Rules: For a copy of official sweepstakes rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
