Items typically ship out of our warehouse 1-2 business days after you place your order. Please Click Here for a UPS Ground Time-In-Transit Map that will note shipping times once the item leaves our warehouse. When your item does ship out, you will be emailed the tracking number from UPS Quantum View Notify. Please note, the day an item ships out is not considered a UPS time-in-transit day.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We are not liable for any mistakes, typos, oversights etc. that customers do not inform us about within 15 minutes of placing the order on our website (please call 312-350-2941). Customers are responsible for all return to sender fees if a package is refused or returned to us for any reason. If this occurs, customers will only be refunded for 50% of the price of the returned item itself. Shipping costs are never refunded.
UPS LOST / DELAYED / MISSING ORDERS: In very rare situations, we ship an item out of our warehouse and UPS scans are delayed. In even rarer situations, UPS scans never occur and we need to consider the package lost. We do not consider a package lost until 10 days have passed since the item was originally shipped out of our warehouse. We are very sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment a situation like this can cause, however we are very strict about this policy and there are no exceptions. Once 10 days have passed and if there is still no tracking information, we will re-ship your package via UPS Ground. We are unable to provide expedited shipping for any UPS lost or delayed packages.
International Shipping Policy:
Shipping Charges to international destinations will be calculated automatically during the checkout process. We ship internationally via UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, and UPS Standard to Canada.
The recipient you type in the Ship To fields will be responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes at the time the package is delivered. Refunds will NOT be given for any refused packages delivered to countries other than the United States.
No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. RedWagons.com will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Red Wagons Inc. will also not be held responsible for any additional fees the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the carrier bills Red Wagons Inc. for the unpaid charges, we will re-charge you for the applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeopardize or terminate your ability to place future orders with us and with other stores in the Yahoo! Network. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards as well as PayPal. All orders are processed through our secure server.

If you would like to return any item, you may return it within 3 days of receiving your order, given that it has not been assembled or played with, and is in its original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipment. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. We do not re-sell returned items; we donate them to local charities. Orders cancelled prior to processing will receive full credit. (You better hurry though, full refunds are not given once an item has been processed!!) We do not allow any items to be refused unless the customer provides proof of a fraudlent transaction (both a copy of a police report and proof that the credit card number used in the transaction has been cancelled). No refunds will be given for orders that are refused and if a customer does refuse a shipment from UPS we will charge your credit card for any and all return shipment fees.
